Account Manager
Each new account is managed by one of our dedicated account managers. They handle all your questions or queries.
Sales Orders
Once the order is received, your account manager will raise a sales order with details of your garments.
Order Confirmation
Each new sales order requires your approval or purchase order before starting manufacturing.
Manufacturing & Delivery
Your order is being manufactured! Any queries will be forwarded to you by your account manager.

Service Packages
Standard Package
This package allows you to:
- Design exclusive high-quality garments for your business in a range of stock sizes including length variation.
- Select the best styles and high-quality fabrics.
- Personalise the design and create a bespoke uniform for your business.
If you choose this package we recommend:
- That everyone wearing the uniform tries on the sizes to get it just right. Our expert stylists at head office will help you with this.
- You can arrange an appointment to come and visit us and if you cannot, we can send size ranges and connect on a Teams meeting to ensure the best fit possible.
Return Period
- Once the size range has been sent you have two weeks to return the garments but if you do not we will issue an invoice for the entire size range.
Alterations
- We do not offer free alterations because these garments are stock sizes.
- You might want to look at our premium package if this is important to you.
Delivery
- We despatch orders via DPD.
Premium Package
This package offers:
- A tailored fitting experience with our expert team of stylists.
- Just like the standard package you can choose from a wide range of styles, high quality products.
- Add your own personal alterations making your design unique to your business.
- We will adjust standard sizes to ensure a comfortable fit.
- Alter garment lengths, take in or let out waist, bust and hips to ensure the most comfortable fit.
- Attend sites for orders of £800 pp.
- Alter any garments which do not match with the size agreed during the fitting session.
- Any further alterations from the original agreed sizes will only be undertaken at an additional cost. This includes but is not limited to change of choice, weight gain/loss or any other unforeseen changes.
- DPD – we will send you your uniforms and you can use the DPD tracking app. Signature is required upon delivery (see DPD standard terms and conditions).
- Charlotte Stiffell Fitter – our specialist fitter will personally deliver your uniforms in our eco-friendly vehicle. However, any parking charges must be paid by you and added to your sales order, unless you can provide us with parking on-site.
