How are our uniforms manufactured?

Aug 13, 2024

Our 100% wool uniforms are manufactured in-house at our very own London Factory.

We receive our fabrics at our London HQ, which are then all manufactured and produced in-house at our factory.

What does this mean? Manufacturing all our uniforms in house, as opposed to overseas, allows us to reduce our carbon our carbon footprint by ~65.6%.

  • Emissions Overseas = 160 kg CO2e per unit
  • Emissions Local = 55 kg CO2e per unit
  • Percentage Reduction = (( Emissions Overseas-Emissions Local) / Emissions Overseas)) x 100
  • Percentage Reduction = ((160-55) / 160) x 100
  • Percentage Reduction = (105/160) x 100
  • Percentage Reduction = 0.65625 x 100
  • Percentage Reduction = 65.625%

Our 100% wool is fused & pressed by all in-house apparatus in accordance to ISO 45001, contributing to 10% sustainability.

To reduce our carbon footprint, all tailored uniforms are packed in recycled material using biodegradable swing tags, sustainable calico for our suit carriers, and recycled carrier bags.
