How are our uniforms delivered and recycled?

Aug 13, 2024

Our 100% wool uniforms are consciously packed with biodegradable material, delivered in our EV, and recycled by Avena Group.

Once our uniforms are packed in recycled material, they are ready to be delivered in our very own Charlotte Stiffell Van. EV’s are generally considered 80% more sustainable than traditional gasoline vehicles. 9% of renewable energy is contributed to charging our van.

All fabric offcuts are consciously packaged and collected by Avena, who we’ve partnered with to ensure that they are then recycled and re-used by another individual or corporation. We are proud to have Avena as our trusted partner who’s mission aligns with ours to promote a greener, safer world.

Did you know, recycling one tonne of textiles can save up to 20,000 litres of water and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 1,000 kilograms of CO2?

Recycling and Reusing textiles conserves natural resources, reduces pollution, and mitigates the negative effects of fast fashion on the environment, which is why Avena ensures that our wool fabrics (as well as all other offcuts) are recycled and re-used.
